To prepare the Norwegian King Crab it should be cut open for easy consumption. The easiest way to get the meat out is to use scissors. First cut the legs in pieces by cutting the legs below the joints. Nest you need to cut the sides of each pieces and lift off the top part of the shell. Remove the tendons in the middle of the meat by pulling it out from the joint side of the piece. Click on the video below to see a one minute video of how it is done.
