  • Ingredients for 4 servings:
    400g sliced smoked salmon
    2 pieces avocado
    1 piece lime
    1 clove garlic
    0.5 pcs chili, red
    16 pcs nacho chips
    0.25 teaspoon salt
    1 pinch pepper

  • Preparation:
    Use sliced smoked salmon or cut the salmon into thin slices. Divide the avocado until the stone, turning parts apart, remove the flesh with a spoon and have it over a bowl. Squeeze the juice of the lime, mash the avocado and mix it  with the lime juice. Clean and finely chop the garlic and chili and add it.
    Mix well together to make a guacamole and season with salt and pepper. Add a little guacamole on the slice of smoked salmon and roll up. Cut in two and serve.
